Nobody decides what your company is like at eleven in the morning.
They decide it at seven, when the sun has gone and the flat white panels overhead are doing all the work. That is the hour your reception looks like a waiting room, your boardroom lights faces from directly above, and the people still at their desks look how the ceiling makes them look.
Warm light from the side, off solid wood, is the cheapest change that fixes it. It costs less than the chairs, and it is the first thing a client walks into.
Seven rooms, both hours.
Where we fit, and where we do not.
These are decorative solid wood fittings for the human and client facing parts of an office: reception, boardrooms, cabins, corridors, lobbies and breakout areas. They sit alongside your functional workstation lighting, which carries its own lux and glare requirements. If your brief needs certified task lighting over desks, we will tell you so rather than sell you the wrong thing.

Answers before you ask.
How long does it take?
Stock pieces are dispatched within 3 working days and typically delivered in 5 to 7. Made-to-order lengths and finishes carry their own production time, confirmed in writing with your quote.
Who installs it?
Your electrician. These are hardwired fittings that must be installed by a qualified electrician, following the instructions in the box. We do not send fitters, and we are not liable for improper installation.
What is the warranty?
Three years on the wood and one year on the electrical components, against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, accidents, improper or unqualified installation, normal wear, unauthorised repair, or water exposure.
What does delivery cost?
Shipping is included on standard pieces. Custom sizes ship at actual cost, and that figure is in your quote before you confirm, never added afterwards. Pay in full online by UPI, card or netbanking, or part-pay online and the balance on delivery; we do not take full cash on delivery. Prices are in rupees and include applicable taxes.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos, keeping the original packaging. We replace it, or refund in full if a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days.
Can we cancel?
No. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, because pieces are cut to your sizes. That is why we quote in writing first and expect you to check it before you confirm.
Will the pieces match each other?
Every piece is real solid wood, so grain, tone and small knots vary between them. That is the material, not a defect. If a run needs to read as one set, say so and we will select from the same batch.
