By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

• Please provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• All content, designs, images and marks on this website are the property of NixWoods and may not be used without written permission.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Product images are indicative. As each piece is handcrafted from natural solid wood, slight variation in grain, tone, size and finish is normal and is not a defect.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
• We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
