Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be added at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order, and typically take another 5 to 7 working days to reach you based on your location. Because every piece is handcrafted to order, some items may occasionally take a little longer to make; if we expect any delay, we will keep you updated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the courier and tracking details so you can track it online.

The approximate date of delivery provided with the tracking is an estimate by the carrier. We shall not be liable for delays in delivery by third-party logistics partners.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

Can I return a product if I do not like it?

We have a strict No Returns Policy. Return/exchange is only possible if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a replacement or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing nixwoodsx@gmail.com with your Order ID. The product must be returned with its original packaging intact. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund. Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 10-15 working days, credited to your bank account.
