Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and exchange

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. A return or exchange is possible only if the item delivered is damaged in transit or incorrect. Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nixwoodsx@gmail.com with your Order ID and a photo of the item and packaging. The product must be returned with its original packaging intact. If a replacement is not possible, we will give you a full refund.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, your refund or replacement is processed within 10 to 15 working days, credited to your bank account.

Warranty

Every NixWoods light carries a 3-year warranty on the solid wood and a 1-year warranty on the LED and electricals, against manufacturing defects. If something is genuinely faulty, email a photo and your Order ID and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
